Mays, a professor of Afro-Indigenous history, popular culture, and urban studies at UCLA was featured on a panel for the National Museum of the American Indian for Indigenous Peoples’ Day! They discussed topics involving Afro-Indigenous solidarities and futures. The panel was also featured on NPR.
